REPLAY: CULTIVATING A STRONG FOUNDATION FOR SAFE SOMATIC PROCESSING

This recorded workshop offers a practical and clinically grounded approach to building the conditions necessary for safe and effective somatic work. Designed for therapists integrating trauma-informed practices, this workshop focuses on establishing invitational language, stability, pacing, and attunement as essential foundations before & during deeper processing. Participants are guided in understanding how to support nervous system regulation, recognize signs of overwhelm or dissociation, and work within a client’s window of tolerance to promote integration. With an emphasis on safety, consent, and relational presence, this workshop supports clinicians in approaching somatic interventions with greater clarity and confidence. Please note: This is a replay of a previously recorded 10 hour CE training and does not provide the full 10 hour course experience. Live demonstrations, cohort discussions and recorded sessions are not included. This replay does not include a CE certificate.
